Turn around time:

We take pride in our products and want to make sure they are made with quality in mind. This turn around time is a general estimate and if a product is completed sooner, it will be sent out upon completion.
Our warranty:
1 Year Warranty
Although we make our products to last, there can sometimes be issues that we may not be able to see during the printing/wiring process. With that in mind, we will provide a 1 year warranty for any production defects that may appear. If something happens to your product, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Equipment / Material we use:
PLA Filament
Most of our products will include PLA filament which is a general filament used in most 3D printing applications.
PETG Filament
We are transitioning more towards PETG filament due to its higher strength and better print quality.
TPU Filament
TPU filament is used in a very select few products due to its flexibility. Eventually, we will offer more products that use TPU filament.
PC Filament (Polycarbonate)
In the near future, we plan to start introducing Polycarbonate filament into certain products. Polycarbonate is one of the strongest printing material which is used in plenty of safety applications so stay tuned for products using PC.
